Though Frank Lloyd Wright is its best-known practitioner, there are many other exceptional architects who worked in the Prairie School style. One was Arthur Heun, who in 1901 designed stain glass windows for the Brinsmaid House. The distinctive elements of the windows are the chevron patterns, whose angles echo the broadly projecting gables of the house. They are the inspiration for this bookmark.
